Small Plot House Designer is an online tool that creates concept floor plans, elevations, cost estimates, AI design advice and AI images for houses on small plots.

Concept designs only

Everything the service produces is a concept for early planning. It is not a construction drawing, structural design, engineering calculation or legal advice. Before you build, a licensed architect or engineer must check the design against local building codes, structural and seismic requirements, and permit rules. Cost estimates are rough and based on the rate you enter.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a plan. You are responsible for your account and for the information you enter. Do not use the service for anything unlawful or to upload content you do not have the right to use.

Plans and payments

The House Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks its features for 60 days and does not renew. The Pro plan renews every month until you cancel it. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

AI output

AI advice and images can contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them. You may use the images and plans you create for your own projects and marketing.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for construction decisions made from its output.
